About this sport

Swimming runs at the Upper Arlington High School Natatorium. Athletes work on strokes, starts and turns, and swim at meets against other programs — including the meet at Denison University that most of our swimmers train towards.

What to bring

A towel and flip flops. A swim cap and goggles are welcome but not required.

Good to know

Athletes should be comfortable in the water and able to move the length of the pool with support. If you are not sure, come and talk to us at a practice.

Forms

Start the medical form now — it needs a physician's signature. Bring the signed forms to practice; your coach or a club admin will log them.
